See how your learners stack up.
The Leaderboard helps you quickly compare your learners to one another - this helpful data can be used as an incentive for your learners, as well as a place to find key data on individuals or groups.
To begin, select the Insights tab on the left-hand taskbar. Then, select Lesson & Quiz Completion.
Be sure that the Leaderboard tab is selected. This is the first tab of four that you will see along the top of the Lesson & Quiz Completion Insights Dashboard.
You will see a screen that looks like the following image:
Data Fields on the Leaderboard
The Leaderboard displays the following fields from Left to Right:
First Name and Last Name
These are the name users wrote when creating their accounts (or names Admins assigned when uploading users).
Email
Shows the email address connected to the user's Learn to Win Account
Users Groups
Indicates which User Groups ("Position Groups" for Athletics users) each user has been assigned.
Lessons Completed and Lessons Assigned
These show how many lessons users have been assigned versus how many of those have been completed. These numbers are used to calculate Lesson Completion %, which is displayed as a percentage.
Quizzes
Using the same logic listed above for lessons, the next fields show Quizzes Completed, Quizzes Assigned, and Quiz Completion %.
Average Quiz Score
Indicates the overall average score of the quizzes the user has completed. Incomplete quizzes will not be factored into the average score for users who have completed at least one quiz. If a user has completed zero quizzes, their average score will be 0%.
Sorting
The Leaderboard can be sorted by any of the data categories. Simply click on the header and choose how you would like to sort.
Exporting
You can export the leaderboard as a CSV file or Excel file. Hover over the top right corner of the Leaderboard. A small menu will pop up - click the three dots and select your export type. Exporting allows for further filtering, sorting, and calculations using leaderboard data.
The leaderboard is a helpful tool for getting an overview for each learner as well as showing how learners compare to one another.
