The company you are completing training with may have certificates and minimum scoring enabled on lessons and/or quizzes.
If this is enabled, you will see notifications prior to starting a lesson or quiz that tell you about the certificate or minimum passing score.
Read on to learn more about what this means.
Minimum Passing Score on a Quiz
If an administrator has set a minimum score to pass a quiz, you will be notified of that score prior to starting the quiz. You will also be able to automatically retake a quiz if you do not meet that minimum score.
If that minimum passing score was not achieved, you will receive a notice at the end of the quiz with the option to retake.
Note: The retake can be taken immediately or at a later time/date.
At the end of the quiz, you will also receive a notice if that minimum passing score is achieved.
Minimum Passing Score with Certificate on a Quiz
An administrator may enable certificates as well as minimum passing score on a quiz. This means that you will need to achieve that minimum score in order to be emailed your certificate.
You will be notified of this prior to starting your quiz.
Again, you will be able to retake a quiz that has minimum passing score enabled until you achieve that score or higher. After a quiz has been passed, you will receive a notice that a certificate will be emailed. This email should come almost immediately to the email on file with Learn to Win.
Certificates on a Quiz
If only certificates are enabled for a quiz, you will receive a certificate of completion after taking a quiz, regardless of your score.
After completing the quiz, you will receive notice that your certificate has been emailed.
Certificates for Lesson Completion
When certificates are enabled on a lesson, you will be informed prior to starting the lesson that a certificate will be emailed upon completion.
After the lesson is completed, you will be notified to check your email.
The Certificate Email
After completing a lesson or quiz that has certificates enabled, you will receive an email. The email will come to the email address that is on file with Learn to Win. The subject line will be "You earned a certificate from Learn to Win!". This email will come from certificates@learntowin.com.
The body of the email will have the name of the lesson or quiz as well as a link to your certificate and badge.
Click the link in the email to be taken to the page that has your badge and certificate.
