The first step in completing your training with Learn to Win is logging in.
Logging In
You will receive an email from Learn to Win with login credentials (email and password). This information is needed to get access to Learn to Win.
Follow the links in your email to get logged in or click here to log in on the desktop app.
Make sure that you have selected User before typing in your login information. It will highlight in black and red once it is selected.
If you are logging in on the phone:
To log in on an Apple device, click here.
To log in on an Android device, click here.
After you are logged in, you will be prompted to add your name and create a more secure password. The password will need to be typed twice. Then, hit save.
Resetting your Password
If the password does not work from your login email, or you did not receive the initial email, go to https://user.learntowin.us/sign-in, or open the app on your device, and press Forgot Password.
If these steps still do not work to get you logged in, email support@learntowin.zendesk.com.
When you email, provide your full name, email address, and the company for which you are accessing training.
