Find out who has and has not completed a lesson or quiz, then notify the learner as a reminder
To learn more about any incomplete lessons, click Lesson status on the lefthand side taskbar.
Click anywhere on the row for the lesson you'd like to learn more about.
A pop-up modal will open with a list of the users who have been assigned the lesson. Each user will be listed as one of the following:
- Not Started
- In Progress
- Completed
Select the Notify button at the bottom of the modal to notify all users who have not completed the lesson.
Note: Users will receive the notification type(s) they have enabled in their
settings. This may be a combination of email, text, and/or mobile push notifications.
To remind learners to take a quiz, Select Reports and Quiz results & grading.
Click on Details in the Users Completed column.
A pop-up modal will open with a list of the users who have been assigned the quiz. Each user will be listed as one of the following:
- Not Started
- In Progress
- Completed
Select the Notify button at the bottom of the modal to notify all users who have not completed the quiz.
