As an admin, you have the ability to reset passwords for users and other admins.

First, navigate to the User Management page by clicking Management in the taskbar on the left side of the screen. Then, choose Manage Users from the dropdown menu.
Click on the pencil icon for any user, then click Reset Password.
You have two options:
- Randomly generate a password
- Set your own password, conforming to the requirements noted on the pop-up
Click Save & Copy, then send the new password to the user.
The grey lines mean that a member has not logged in yet. Their name will be greyed out if they have not logged in since having a reset password.
