Use Lesson Analytics to see your team's progress through their course material.
To access Lesson Analytics, click Reports and select Lesson status from the left taskbar.
The Lesson Analytics screen looks like the following image:
Lesson Analytics shows the following data fields, from left to right:
- Lesson Name, which can be sorted alphabetically
- Package Name, which can be sorted alphabetically
- Shared With, which can be sorted alphabetically
- Date Shared, which can be sorted by most recent or least recent
- Users Completed, which can be sorted by most or fewest users completed
- Average Time, which can be sorted by minutes
Filters
Filter by Package
Click the Filter by Package box to search for and filter lessons based on their Package.
All Filters
The All Filters box opens a righthand menu with additional filtering options.
You can apply the following filters:
- Filter by Lesson enables searching for and selecting a certain lesson.
- Filter by Package, like the button on the main Lesson Analytics screen, enables searching for and selecting a certain package.
- Filter by Date enables choosing pre-selected or customizable date ranges.
- Filter by User Group enables you to filter for a specific group, or groups, to see analytics solely for that group. This also allows you to send notifications to that specific group.
