Before launching Learn to Win to your users, make sure you've followed these steps so that everyone can access the platform.
- Learners and instructors receive welcome emails (and texts, if a phone number is added) when admins add new users to the platform. To make sure users receive their log-in credentials, add email@example.com to your organization's safe-sender list. If users do not receive an email, they can check their Spam folder or their organization admin can manually reset their password.
- Check if your organization needs to follow an approval process to have the app listed on an internal app store. If so, reach out to Learn to Win's customer success team for more information on that process.
- Make sure users will be accessing Learn to Win via the Apple or Android app, or the following supported browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Internet Explorer is not accepted.
