A folder group is the largest organizational unit within Learn to Win’s platform. Folder groups could be used to divide up teaching material by function area, region, or any other high-level organization category.
Its use is optional, by default each account will start with a "Default Folder Group." Admins can rename by clicking on the name of a folder group or on the pencil icon. Click Group Folders to add a new folder group.
Note that folder groups can be moved or deleted, but there must be at least one existing at all times.
Folders are the next largest organizational unit. Folder sit under a folder group, and folders contain packages. These might be divided by learning topic, courses, or function area.
Click Create Folder to add a new one, and click the settings icon to edit or move the folder.
A package is the next largest organizational unit. Packages live inside of folders, and packages contain lessons and quizzes.
Click Create New Package to add a new one, or click the settings icon to edit.
Packages can have a description that explains the purpose or context. Packages group together similar lessons and quizzes, and often there will be an order in which learners should take lessons and quizzes.
Lessons and quizzes are the smallest organizational units. To access or create lessons and quizzes, click into a folder then package. Click Create Lesson or Create Quiz to add a new one. Note that there are separate tabs for lessons and quizzes.
