Overview
Administrators have the option to toggle answer feedback on or off at the quiz level. Learn to Win defaults to providing correct or incorrect answer feedback immediately after a learner answers a quiz question. Turning off answer feedback prevents the learner from seeing if a question was correct or incorrect until the end of a quiz.
This feature only applies to Multiple Choice and True/False questions - because Drawing and Free Response slides must be manually graded, learners are never shown feedback after submitting answers to these types of questions during the quiz.
Learner Experience
When Learner Feedback is enabled, when the learner selects an answer, the “CHECK” button becomes highlighted blue. When they click on the "CHECK" button, the learner is shown which answer was correct and provided with any feedback defined by the quiz creator. They can then click the "NEXT" button to proceed to the next question.
When Learner Feedback is disabled, when the learner selects an answer, the “NEXT” button becomes highlighted blue. When they click on the NEXT button, the learner is able to advance to the next question without the answer feedback or immediate correct/incorrect visual confirmation.
How to Change Learner Feedback:
When inside a quiz, a check box is displayed at the top right of the screen. The box can be checked or unchecked to toggle Learner Feedback. When the box is unchecked, the Answer Feedback field are greyed out and no text can be added or edited. The mobile preview also does not show any Answer Feedback
