Occasionally administrators and learners will encounter technical issues with the Learn to Win website or app. Below are basic troubleshooting steps to try when you encounter an issue.
Review Lesson Interaction Guidelines
Learners occasionally contact us because they are unable to move forward in a lesson or quiz.
- Check that you have opened all drop downs or swiped through all slides
- Look for multiple choice questions with more than one correct answer.
- Direct questions related to lesson content to your company/organization point of contact. Learn to Win help staff is not able to assist with issues related to content.
