Control the order your learners access content with Sequential Learning.
Sequential Learning in Learn to Win is a useful tool for controlling the order content is presented to your learners. When the Sequential Learning feature is enabled, lessons and quizzes must be completed in a specified order. Learners will only be able to access one lesson/quiz at a time, and content further down the sequence will appear as "locked" until the previous content is completed. As learners move through the content, lessons/quizzes will become automatically unlocked in sequence when the previous lesson/quiz is completed. Completed content can be reviewed at any time, in any order.
Sequential Learning works from the Folder group down. This means that learners can choose which folder group to start in, but all nested folders, packages, lessons, and quizzes will be sequenced. You must complete all lessons to access quizzes, all lessons/quizzes in a package to unlock the next package, and all packages within a folder unlock the next folder. You can review the folder/package/lesson/quiz structure of the Learn to Win platform here.

Admins cannot toggle sequential learning themselves - you must request that your CSM enable this feature. Sequential learning also must be enabled for all content in a Learn to Win Environment.
The sequence that content is released is based on the order of your content in the admin view, from left to right. As we mentioned above, folder groups are not sequenced. The leftmost folder within a folder group will be released first, moving sequentially to the right. The right-most folder will be released last. The same is true for packages and lessons - the left-most content will be released first, moving sequentially left to right. Within a package, all lessons will be completed before all quizzes.
You can re-order content simply by clicking and dragging it into a different position.

If you need folder groups to be released sequentially, you will need to use publication scheduling in conjunction with sequential learning.
