Admins and analysts have the ability to view when an individual was last active in Learn to Win.
Viewing Last Activity
To see the last activity for an individual, navigate to the User Management page of Learn to Win.
On that page, there is a column titled Last Active which will give you the date someone was last inside Learn to Win.
When does this feature get updated?
- When an admin/analyst/user logs in for the first time
- When an admin logs into the Instructor Web App
- When an admin logs into the learner app (web and/or mobile)
- When a learner logs into the app (web or mobile)
- When a logged in learner opens a folder or selects a menu option
Analyzing the Column
A grey date means that a user has had their password reset and has not logged in since. A grey line with an orange dot means the user has never logged in.
This data began tracking on 12/5/2022, so if that date appears, it means they last were active prior to that date.
Note: The "Last Active" column replaces the "Phone Number" column that was previously viewed on each page. To view a phone number for an individual, you will need to select the row for that individual.
